Official opening of luxury office complex

A LUXURY office complex within a new business centre has been officially opened by the Mayor of Kettering.

The Lincoln Building at Eckland Lodge Business Park was opened by Cllr Scott Edwards, marking the final stage of a build that started back in summer 2016.

This prestigious office complex comprises 10 offices, with six located on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Out of the ten offices, six have already been let and tenants have already moved in.

The aim was to create high specification office accommodation with a good quality finish, using the finest materials and latest technology. As many local suppliers as possible were used throughout the project, including many existing tenants on the business park.

The Lincoln Building is constructed from brick and ironstone with slate roofing, granite flooring and oversized walnut internal doors and has views over stunning countryside, along with plenty of free parking. Key features include vaulted ceilings, chandelier lighting in the reception area, shower facilities and a kitchenette in each office suite.

A fully equipped meeting room with wifi, overhead projector and coffee machine is available to tenants.

In addition, Eckland Lodge Business Park has continued to develop for both new and existing tenants with a fibre cabinet, giving access to superfast broadband, and a new roadway into the business park with security bollards.

The park is situated just two minutes’ drive from Desborough and five miles from Market Harborough, which benefits from a mainline rail link to London St Pancras, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield and Derby. The site also offers excellent road links via the A6 and A14 and is just 24 miles from the M1.

At the opening, Daniel Howes, owner of Eckland Lodge Business Park, commented: “I am very proud of the Lincoln Building and we are pleased to welcome new tenants into this spectacular facility.”
