A KETTERING business which is celebrating its 100th anniversary next year has joined forces with one of the UK’s fastest growing business advisory firms.
Smith Hodge & Baxter, which has an office at Thorpe House in the Headlands, has become the first office in Northamptonshire to join the Baldwins Group.
Baldwins, a CogitalGroup company, is one of the UK’s leading business services groups. Currently, CogitalGroup has 4,700 people operating from 150 offices in seven countries, with revenue in excess of £320 million.
Smith, Hodge & Baxter employs 26 staff and serves more than 1,000 clients including companies, individuals, charities, trusts, academies and farmers.
The business is now trading as Smith Hodge & Baxter, part of the Baldwins Group.
As the company prepares to celebrate its centenary, Smith Hodge & Baxter’s Managing Partner John Hatcher said the move enables the business to offer additional services which benefit their clients.
