THERE’S been lots of growth and development at EasyWeb Group recently, with the launch of a new division and ten new employees across the business – it’s been a busy couple of months.
A new division, EasyWeb Partners, has been launched with a dedicated team to help HR consultants and HR consultancy organisations support their clients’ recruitment needs. EasyWeb Partners offers a range of services including applicant tracking software, recruitment campaigns, free engagement survey tools, free employer brand audit reports and more. EasyWeb has been successfully supporting HR consultants for a number of years, and with the new Partner division will be able to continue to do this, alongside offering more services and taking on more HR Partner clients.
Almost every team in the company has had a new starter; from Kirstie Lee joining tech team as the new Customer Support Manager to Billie Clarke-Goffin in the marketing team, Charlene Willsher and David Duffill joining EasyWeb Agency, Gemma Moreton-Stark in the resourcing team and Gemma Green in the field sales team. There have also been new roles created; Julie Jones and Claire Brickell have formed a new telemarketing team, Stephanie Underwood has joined the new Partner division and Kiran Dossa has joined sister company FinTech Source. Having all these new employees has meant that EasyWeb Group’s new employee on-boarding scheme led by Training Manager Jess Brosnan, where every new starter receives a welcome pack and an induction/training schedule, has had plenty of chance to be put to use.
