A new website to attract new candidates

EMPLOYMENT levels remain at the highest they have been for a long time and in many cases, there are more job vacancies than candidates to fill them. This is never truer than in Northamptonshire where employment is extremely buoyant. This is why Impact Recruitment Services, a leading recruitment agency in the county, has just launched a new website, designed with candidates in mind.

Director Paul Hooper said: “Quality candidates are increasingly hard to find, and though we find many through recommendation and our large database, we knew we had to do more to maintain our high levels of service to our clients. Our new website has a bespoke candidate portal that makes it easy for candidates to work with us with much of it being paperless and cloud based. Contacting us and registering their CV is really quick and easy and they can also set their preferences for the types of role they are looking for and how they want to be alerted to opportunities that fit their criteria.

“And this is good news for our clients, too. Not only does it mean we are able to attract more candidates to fill vacancies, we also have automatic sharing with the major job boards via Broadbean, meaning job roles are automatically promoted beyond Impact’s channels. We’ve also invested significantly in social media so we can share jobs in places where candidates ‘hang out’, and this is generating excellent quality and volume of leads.”

Impact Recruitment Services has committed continuous investment into its technology and its people, particularly pertinent in the wake of GDPR, making it the ‘go to’ recruitment agency in Northamptonshire. With branches in Wellingborough and Northampton Impact is ideally placed to serve all business across the county, for both temporary and permanent placements.

Impact Recruitment Services would be delighted to hear from anyone looking for a candidate or a job. Get in touch at or call Wellingborough on 01933 440285 or Northampton on 01604 239555.
