FINANCIAL planning firm Newell Palmer has completed its largest acquisition to date with the purchase of Northampton-based Lane Wealth Management LLP.
Established in 1993, Newell Palmer specialises in all areas of personal, corporate and trustee financial planning and is one of the top forty Independent Financial Adviser companies in the UK. It has gained a solid reputation amongst both clients and industry professionals for providing a high quality and reliable service.
The firm has ambitious growth plans for the coming years and this deal marks the latest move in that continuing strategy.
Lane Wealth has provided financial, investment and pension advice to clients in Northamptonshire and nationally, since 1994. The acquisition adds an additional £100m of funds under management and 150 active clients who will be serviced by Newell Palmer’s Bromsgrove office.
The acquisition of Lane Wealth increases Newell Palmer’s total funds under management to £1.35billion.
