Peak and off-peak membership is available, with off-peak allowing members to use the facilities from 6am to 4pm, ideal for an early morning workout or swim before heading off to work.

The rooms can be booked on an hourly rate starting at just £25 per hour, so those who only need them for a short time don’t have to pay the day delegate rate. Where a room is hired for longer, the day delegate rate, starting at £33 per person, includes unlimited refreshments and a two-course hot and cold buffet lunch.
