An impressive venue

STEEPED in local history, Courteenhall lends itself perfectly to anything from a high-level board meeting to an impressive party or function venue for up to 500 people.

Mentioned in the Domesday book and owned by the Wake family since the seventeenth century, Courteenhall is a progressive business, still farmed by the family but offering facilities for a wide range of events.

The Hall itself, a beautiful Georgian house that was built by the tenth baronet, Sir William Wake, in 1792 is popular for weddings and private parties. The rooms, with their original period features, can accommodate any type of celebration, corporate or networking event. The marquee, erected on the parkland can be sized to hold up to 1,000 people. There is ample car parking and a number of hotels less than a mile away. Located just off the M1 at Junction 15 and within 10 miles of both Northampton and Milton Keynes train station, Courteenhall is ideally situated.

The team at Courteenhall ensures every event is designed from scratch to meet the wishes of the organisers, the hosts or the happy couple and with an array of excellent suppliers, from caterers to live bands, your event will be unique to you.

Courteenhall is not open to the public and the estate is yours exclusively for the entire day of your event, with the opportunity to set up in the days leading up. For corporate events, space is available for meetings, product launches or an away day for the team. For conferences and larger events, the marquee can be utilised, while the Conference Barn is an impressive space for smaller occasions.
