Anniversary open day draws the crowds

OVER 150 business owners from across the region descended on Wellingborough last month for an Open Day celebrating the 40th birthdays of glazing businesses Emplas and T&K Home Improvements.

Since the late 1970s, window installer T&K has brought quality products and outstanding customer service to over 50,000 discerning Northamptonshire homeowners. Today, its extensive range of windows, doors and conservatory roofs are manufactured by sister company Emplas, with the firms boasting a combined turnover of over £40m, and more than 300 employees.

The Open Day gave both clients and prospects a valuable opportunity to tour the state-of-the-art Emplas manufacturing facility, and get a glimpse behind the scenes at T&K.

“We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved here at T&K, and the Open Day was a fantastic opportunity to show just how far we’ve come over the past 40 years,” said General Manager Neal Harper.

“From operating out of a garage and spare bedroom, we’ve grown to become one of the biggest and best home improvements businesses in the Midlands, by dedicating ourselves to the best possible customer experience, from initial enquiry right through to final installation.

“Here’s to the next 40 years!”
