FRIDAY Legal Solicitors is delighted to announce that Hayley Mauro is the latest outstanding lawyer to be promoted to the role of Partner within the exclusively commercial legal practice, Friday Legal Solicitors.
Since joining Friday Legal Solicitors in 2013 as an assistant solicitor, Hayley has risen up the ranks to become an Associate, then Senior Associate, and has now reached the position of Partner within the ever-expanding and growing commercial Dispute Resolution Department and has overseen its recent expansion and growth.

Hayley has over 16 years of legal experience, which has been gained through working in-house, within local government and within private practice. Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge to the table in respect of commercial disputes, property and insolvency litigation, regulatory prosecutions, as well as a significant expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
A client has recently described Hayley as ‘having the ability to cut through and simplify the most complex of legal matters in a direct and constructive manner’.
Hayley has recently represented clients who were accused of malpractice and malfeasance and who were subject to potential director disqualification proceedings and restitution claims. As a result of Hayley’s intervention, the Insolvency Service were persuaded not to pursue these matters further.
Hayley’s other recent successes include: negotiating better than expected settlements on high value debt claims; resolving land ownership disputes; settling defective goods claims; preventing unlawful infringement of intellectual property rights and asserting rights of ownership over disputed goods for the benefit of her client.
