THE ongoing drive by Northampton-based Walkerpack to attract and retain clients has prompted the appointment of Richard Abbott.
The decision to recruit Richard to work with sales manager Steve Tiley is yet another indication of the company’s commitment to customer service.
Richard’s newly-created sales executive role means fresh opportunities to work with existing and new clients, as well as helping the company to develop new services. He believes his extensive experience in operations and logistics has already helped him in the role, which he started in May.
“I believe my hands-on experience in the operations and logistics side helps me to understand the needs of our clients,” said Richard, who lives in Wellingborough.
“It has only been a few months since I started the job but it has been good working alongside Steve and seeing how we use our different skills to offer the best service to clients.”
