TOLLERS Solicitors have announced a number of promotions, strengthening the firm’s position as one of the leading law firms in the region.
Tristan Benson and Rebecca Wilson have both been made partners in the firm. Tristan works in the dispute resolution department, which focuses on cases involving debt enforcement, disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and professional negligence claims, while Rebecca works in the employment law department. She has experience of all areas of employment law, including TUPE, acquisitions, strike action and redundancies.
Karon Walton from the Elderly and Vulnerable Client Unit has been made Senior Associate. The Elderly and Vulnerable Client Unit offers expert advice to the growing problems that are faced by an ageing population, including issues around finance and property and abuse of the elderly and vulnerable.
Leonie Press, who works in the family law department, and Ryan Chia, who advises on all aspects of corporate and transactional matters for private companies and start-ups have both been promoted to Associate.
