At the end of an exciting year

APPROACHING the end of S.A.C. Construction Ltd’s tenth year in business, the company has settled into new premises in Headway Business Park, Corby.

With new offices came new staff to complement the strategic growth of the business. As 2019 comes to a close, the company has doubled its turnover and there are a number of exciting projects under construction which will uphold the firm’s standard of quality work in the healthcare and commercial sectors.

Following successful healthcare and assisted living projects, S.A.C. recently concluded a £2.2m, 18-unit assisted living development in Chatteris which will provide vulnerable members of the community with a high quality of life and independence. And on the heels of previous contracts, S.A.C. has broken ground on a £9m project in Oakham, comprising a 78-bed care home and 13 assisted living units for private sale. The care home will cater for residential, nursing and dementia care, continuing the company’s dedication to providing community spaces of high quality and value.

The team will also commence work on a 76-bed care home project in December in Biggleswade. This project is in conjunction with Frontier Estates and Fed3 Projects Limited and will provide a state-of-the-art care facility for the local community.

S.A.C. has grown considerably over the past year, with multiple new roles being appointed. The latest is Senior Quantity Surveyor, Kyle Fielding, who the directors believe will be integral in further strengthening the commercial functions of the company. With strong growth in 2019 and an ever-increasing team, the directors at S.A.C. look forward to the new year and the exciting, ambitious projects currently under construction.

S.A.C. Construction serves a broad range of clients, with key focus on the health, commercial and education sectors. Contact the team for more information or to discuss your next project on 01536 744402 or visit www.sacconstruction.co.uk
