Carers find a new home

A MOVE to new, modern premises in Moulton Park tops off an excellent start to the year for Home Instead Northampton following an excellent inspection outcome in February.

The firm, which was awarded England’s top accolade by inspectors from England’s care regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) just a few weeks ago, is now settling into new offices in Scirocco Close.

Run by Ray Warburton and his wife, Jo with Care Manager Christine Allen, Home Instead Northampton provides care services for clients who would otherwise not necessarily be able to continue living independently in their own homes.

Ray said: “It’s been a great start to the year, with first the CQC report and now the move to new premises. We were looking for something modern and spacious and Scirocco Close is a nice office location that is perfect for us. We’ve only been here a couple of weeks but I can already sense that the team are happier here and more settled.”

Ray and Jo set up the local office of Home Instead in 2011. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and currently provides care for 90 clients and employs 75 staff.

The company aims to always provide the highest standard of care for clients, giving them and their loved ones peace of mind. Caregivers are selected for their compassion, reliability and integrity and are carefully matched with clients matched to ensure that long and meaningful relationships are formed between clients and those who care for them.

Ray added: “Everything we do is informed by the needs of our clients and their families. We work very hard to ensure the wellbeing of our lovely clients and to bring peace of mind to their families.

“This is our focus and it is a whole team effort. We are very grateful to our caregivers who deliver such compassionate care and to our office staff who keep everything running smoothly.”
