Government grants are available for many businesses and a fair starting wage for an apprentice is just £150 per week; making taking on an apprentice a really cost effective way to get talent into your business.
Once you have your apprentice or apprentices on board we take them into our training rooms in Northampton and Kettering for half a day a week. Here we help them through their qualification and advise them through their work that is based around the day to day job. For larger groups, we can do this on your site.
