ECHO Personnel, the thriving independent recruitment agency, has now opened the doors of its long- awaited Northampton branch.

The team, based at 56A Abington Street, is the latest success story for Echo which has grown into one of Northamptonshire’s largest independent recruitment agencies since its launch in 2001.

The agency has brought together an experienced team of recruitment specialists to work at the town centre branch. This includes Manager David Duffill, who has worked for the company for six years. He is joined by Regional Manager Nancy Muir, Business Development Manager Jodie B Spiers and Adam Palazsy, Recruitment Consultant.

The team will be able to tap in to Echo’s successful network of offices in Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough, where these branches support hundreds of job seekers and employers each week.

The experienced team will retain Echo’s approach, which means supplying staff at a competitive price without compromising on the quality of the service or their ethical approach to recruitment.

David said: “There has been growing demand from employers, especially in the industrial and warehousing sectors, for Echo to open a branch in Northampton. This latest move will enable us to focus on the needs of employers in Northampton and help them in their search to fill either permanent or temporary vacancies.

“We already have excellent relationships with companies across Northamptonshire and look forward to working with even more businesses in Northampton who are looking for an agency they want to do business with on their doorstep.”

Echo’s commitment to training is reflected in its ongoing recruitment of apprentices. The agency is ISO 9001 accredited and is a member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation and Gangmasters Licensing Authority, which regulates businesses who provide workers to the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry.

David said: “We are one of the county’s largest independent recruitment agencies which means employers can expect a flexible service which suits their needs and budgets. We look forward to meeting new employers and job seekers in Northampton.”
