Lee said: “Everyone was pleased to be of help and although we always appreciate the opportunity to work with new clients it is good that there is still a chance to take time to support a local community project.”

Lee’s attitude to business has enabled him to create long-standing partnerships with a wide range of customers including South Northants Homes, Northampton Town Football Club and Barry Lee Construction.

He is able to call on a wide range of professionals to ensure each job meets his high standards.

The contractor’s eye-catching vans are a regular sight at locations across Northamptonshire including Rushden Community College and Moulton College, where he has been undertaking maintenance and installation work for more than seven years.

Professionalism and respect for property is an important part of the contractor’s service. Lee is CRB-checked, which is a priority for professionals working on college or school sites. The business is also NICEIC approved.

Lee said: “We are always prepared to undertake work for domestic, commercial and industrial clients and like to work with the clients. Each job is assessed before work starts so customers can feel confident about the work that is being undertaken. We certificate all our work and once an inspection has taken place we can offer a comprehensive inspection report.”

The wide range of successful projects include town centre refurbishments, rewiring in care homes, installations in gymnasiums such as Image, based on Brackmills, and offices and ongoing work in colleges and schools.
