ENTRIES have opened for the third annual Wellingborough Chamber of Commerce business awards.
Designed to celebrate commercial success, the awards are open to all businesses across the borough, not just existing members.
Entrants need to demonstrate excellence, specifically how they have taken a pioneering approach to business as well as showing a commitment to furthering the prosperity of the borough.
Businesses can enter the following four categories; Services Business of the Year,
Retail Business of the Year, Manufacturing Business of the Year and Chamber Community Award.
Simon Toseland, chamber president, said: “Already in its third year, the Wellingborough Chamber of Commerce Business Awards provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate and applaud the efforts of businesses within the borough of Wellingborough.
“Now is the chance for business owners to shout about all their hard work over the past 12 months, in the shadow of some uncertainty over the immediate future. So, if you see yourself as an award-winning business or stand-out community organisation we want to hear from you.”
Entrants don’t need to be members of the Chamber, but their business must be situated in the borough, or show a ‘significant commercial interest’ in the area.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Wellingborough Golf Club on Friday, 30 November.
