Estate agency makes its own purchase

A GROWING Northampton-based estate agency has increased its portfolio after acquiring an online estate agency.

The new purchase will see iSell Properties, whose head office is in Bridge Street, expand its reach across the UK.

Matt Munns, Director at iSell Properties, said: “The portfolio that we’ve taken on as a result of this purchase is spread all over the UK, with properties ranging from one-bedroom flats to 10-bedroom mansions, so it’s a really exciting deal for us.

“We’ll now be actively marketing these new homes. In fact, we’ve already started – one of the first properties we took on from this purchase we sold within three days, after it had previously been on the market for the best part of two years.

“This deal instantly gives us a wider exposure throughout the country, and will in turn boost the growth of the company, which can only be good news for our local area. We are constantly expanding our team as we look to add value to our business.”

Matt and fellow partner Toni Jenkins are now looking to firmly establish iSell Properties on a national scale.

“This new business gives us more opportunities to add to our portfolio,” Matt added. “Our vision now is to continue our good work on a local level but also, simultaneously gain a solid stake in the national property sales market over the course of the next 12 months.”

To mark the exciting news, iSell is offering local sellers in Northamptonshire the chance to benefit from the company’s services for a fee of just 0.75 per cent of the sale price until 31st December 2017. To take up the offer, call 01604 945115 or email
