Feeling good about nominations

WHITTLEBURY Park’s Leisure Club and Spa have reached the final of two prestigious national awards.

The Leisure Club has been shortlisted for the category of Best Hotel & Spa Facility at the National Fitness Awards, and the Spa is a finalist at the Good Spa Guide Awards for Best Destination Spa.

Whittlebury’s Leisure Club has over 1,000 active members and the Spa has a Four Bubble Rating.

Both facilities are located within the award-winning hotel in Northamptonshire.

Whittlebury’s state-of-the-art gym features the latest Technogym equipment and MyWellness technology, allowing members or guests to login and retrieve their workout, whether Whittlebury is their home club or not.

The recent £500,000 investment in equipment and user technology, as well as the current 91 per cent member retention rate, supported Whittlebury’s entry to reach the shortlisting phase of the awards, which recognises excellence and achievement in gyms throughout the country. Winners will be announced on Friday 29 November at a glittering awards ceremony at The Athena in Leicester.

The Good Spa Guide Awards in association with ESPA is now in its tenth year and is the spa industry’s event of the year which celebrates excellence across the UK. Whittlebury’s Spa is a finalist for the Best Destination Spa sponsored by Caudalie and the winners will be announced during the Spa Life gala dinner on Monday 11 November at the Hilton Doubletree in Coventry. Whittlebury’s Spa boasts over 30 treatment rooms and uses the luxury product houses of Jessica, Elemis, ESPA and Payot.

Whittlebury’s Spa and Leisure Club promote all-round health and wellbeing with a range of packages and flexible membership options. More information about the individual awards can be found by visiting whittlebury.com/awards
