Growing interest in the environment

THE Northampton-based creative agency Amplitude Media has launched its 2000 Trees Initiative. For every project undertaken throughout 2019, Amplitude will be sponsoring the planting of 30 trees, meaning some Amplitude clients will help plant hundreds of trees throughout the year.

Forests around the world provide habitats for millions of animal species, and livelihoods and sustenance for nearby communities. Forests also help manage carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and reduce the risk of flooding by absorbing water from the earth. Despite their importance, it’s estimated the planet loses 18.7 million acres of forest every year, due in large part to human activity. Amplitude is committed to helping fight this.

Amplitude Media is dedicated to being not just carbon-neutral, but a force for positive environmental change. This is just one of the environmental initiatives steps being taken; others include encouraging staff to cycle or walk to work, reducing paper use throughout the office and studios, using only recycled paper for business cards.

Amplitude Media is a full service creative marketing agency based in Northampton, working across the creative spectrum with speciality in film production, photography, animation and design. Amplitude develops creative content that helps clients communicate their message in exciting and interesting ways, whilst advising on the right strategic vision and delivery methods to meet their commercial objectives.
