The electrical contractors, which was founded in 1999 with two engineers and two apprentices, has grown steadily over the years, diversifying in line with customers’ demands and building an excellent reputation for hard work, excellent service and innovative thinking.
Having recently moved to new premises in Plant House in Royal Oak Way North, Jenni is enthusiastic and optimistic about the family-run firm’s future.
“We are going from strength to strength and I’m especially proud to be one of the few females to head up companies in what is very much a male dominated sector,” said Jenni.
“New premises and a new website have marked something of a new start for the company, and we have an expanding workforce and fleet of vehicles to ensure the growth continues.”
Delec Ltd’s customer base includes everything from homeowners to landlords and local authorities to commercial and industrial clients. Projects could be anything from an emergency response to planned maintenance, full electrical installations, rewiring or safety testing.
Jenni added: “We are a family run business so we are small enough to care but have the capacity for any project or requirement that comes along. We will carry out a job as small as the maintenance of a single socket up to the installation of electrical requirements for commercial or industrial developments and anything in between.
“We pride ourselves on customer service and believe that communication is the most important factor in any relationship from supplier to client. Our clients and our quality service are of paramount importance to us.”
