 For Fein Industrial Power Tools manufactured in Germany and distributed to the UK construction industry via a nationwide dealer network, Illuminis is not only providing timely business performance data, it is also empowering the field sales team. “Illuminis gives me an immediate, accurate overall picture of how the company is doing, which I use for forward business planning, budgeting and setting sales targets” said Chris Bull, Managing Director.

Collingtree based Central Foods supplies frozen foods to UK wholesalers and caterers, delivering around 200,000 cases per month.  Before Illuminis, sales performance data could only be retrieved at the month end by Managing Director, Gordon Lauder, and took three days to process.

This meant the management and sales teams were only ever receiving retrospective data.  “The sales performance data we got was useful but a poor use of my time – current data was never available,” explained Gordon.  “When I saw Illuminis I knew it could deliver what we wanted.  The ROI was very quick too, freeing up staff time and providing data for much more accurate sales performance analysis, budgeting and stock planning.”
