Joe learned his trade in Germany where he spent 20 years before visiting Northampton and deciding the town was an ideal place to set up a business.
He has not been disappointed and has used his master tailor skills to good effect by offering bespoke suits as well as his alterations and repairs service.
His high-quality suits can be made in one of a range of fabrics of the customer’s choice, and Joe also offers a unique range of standard and slim-fit shirts (starting at £39.99) and accessories available in the shop that will appeal to people with a real sense of fashion. Joe also offers made-to-measure cotton shirts, with prices starting at £80, including monogrammed initials where requested.
Women can also benefit from Joe’s skills and he has altered or repaired wedding dresses and ballgowns for an increasing number of clients.
Joe said: “People want to look their best, whether it is a special occasion, or just a suit for work that creates a good impression. A hand-made suit is guaranteed to fit perfectly and you’ll get quality that will last longer than off-the-peg suits. But even if you buy a ready-made suit, having it altered to fit perfectly makes all the difference to how it looks, and how you look when wearing it.
