TO celebrate ten years of business as of January 2019, Corby-based main contractor S. A. C. Construction Ltd. moved in May in to new premises in Headway Business Park, Saxon Way West, Corby.
The new offices have been refurbished by the company themselves and reflect the professionalism and quality of their projects.
The new premises have been purchased to accommodate the rapid growth of the business over the past few years thanks to a number of prestigious and high-budget projects in the healthcare, commercial and education sectors.
The business focus on these sectors has allowed S. A. C. to target a gap in the market and deliver unparalleled results for their clients by specialising in design and build and complex refurbishment schemes.
Since January of this year, the team has expanded in ways that Director Jordan Connachie believes will be essential to meeting long-term growth targets. S. A. C. has welcomed a new Contracts Manager, HSEQ Manager and Trainee Estimator to enhance project delivery and ensure compliance with the highest level of safety requirements on every site.
Currently, work is well under way on an 18-unit assisted living project in Chatteris. This project is being undertaken for HBV Supported Living and will provide attractive, functional housing for vulnerable adults and allow the residents to confidently maintain their independence. In addition to this, S. A. C. has broken ground on a 75-bed care home development in Ipswich. It is these projects that S. A. C. is consistently able to deliver with professionalism, speed and skill.
