ONLINE review platform Feefo has recently granted new Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses – with several local businesses and SilverDisc clients among them.
Every year, the Feefo Trusted Service Awards highlight outstanding service provided by deserving businesses. To win an award, a business must have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in the last calendar year, and achieved a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4. A Gold Trusted Service Award is given to businesses with a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5, and the new Platinum Trusted Service Award is given to businesses who have met the criteria for a Gold Trusted Service award for the last three years. Businesses who achieve this have proved that they deliver excellent service year after year, and it’s an excellent accolade every winning business should be proud of.
