Husband and wife team, Hannah and Andrew Southwell, took over the business a year ago and have since been working hard behind the scenes to enhance the website, to progress back office systems and improve customer services. This work is ongoing, however, and in recent months they have been exploring trends in tableware, barware and kitchenware, and researching the catering requirements of the hospitality industry in order to offer the best range of catering supplies to new and existing customers.
Hannah continued: “We really hope that hospitality businesses in the Northamptonshire area will enjoy the benefits of having a catering supplier right on their doorstep. We have an impressive showroom in Earls Barton which allows visitors to really get a feel for what’s on offer and how different products work together. We stock many of our products in our warehouse so can offer a same-day collection service to customers who live locally. This is an added bonus for our customers who need something quickly.”
