NN1 Personnel is a recruitment agency that supplies temporary HGV drivers to a wide range of logistics clients in Northamptonshire.
Justyna and Damian Sodel are a husband and wife management team with more than 20 years of logistics experience between them. The company was created after they had both received poor service from several agencies over the years and thought there must be a better way to support companies. They used this insight and set about building a business which was organised and focused but also personal in its approach.
NN1 Personnel are being supported by the Northamptonshire Growth Hub through the Ready2Grow project. They have attended h a range of skills workshops and received dedicated one-to-one support from Business Adviser Paul Smith. Having progressed through the project they now have the opportunity to apply for available grant funding to help their business growth.

NN1 Personnel are also active members of the Northamptonshire Logistics Forum, an industry led forum which is facilitated by Northamptonshire Growth Hub. They recently won two awards at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards – Temp Logistics Agency of the year and one of their employees won HGV Driver of the year. These awards were voted for by key industry figures – so this is a great achievement for NN1 Personnel.
