On-going monitoring of the property by conducting periodic inspections, co-ordination of repairs and maintenance work, serving notices and checkout/final inspections.

This is the highest level of service – offering everything the Gold Service offers along with an annual rent review and guaranteed rent on a fixed day every month during tenancy periods.
