The resort, on the east side on Northampton near the villages of Sywell and Overstone, is set in 198 acres of countryside, originally set out in the 18th century by the landscape architect Capability Brown.

The park is also rapidly gaining a reputation as one of Northampton’s premier wedding venues. A dedicated and attentive team can cater for up to 120 day guests or 200 for an evening reception. Various packages are available, plus hotel accommodation on site for up to 60 people, including three spacious suites.
The extensive leisure facilities have recently undergone a full refurbishment and include a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned gym, two fitness studios, pool suite with 17.5 metre deck level pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna, as well as two outdoor tennis courts. The fitness team run over 50 fitness classes per week, ranging from a relaxing yoga or pilates class, to a more energetic bodypump, aqua aerobics or zumba class.
All new members benefit from a full initial fitness assessment from one of the experienced fitness staff, plus a full induction and fitness programme. Overstone Park also offers regular ongoing reassessments and programmes throughout the membership free of charge.

For the golf enthusiast, the 18-hole par 72 championship golf course, originally designed by renowned golf course architect, Donald Steele, has recently hosted the Northamptonshire County Championships and is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the finest courses in the county. The team of green keepers can also proudly boast no use of winter tees or greens during the colder months.
Visitors are welcomed any time on weekdays and weekend afternoons, with various stay and play and golf day packages on offer. For the more serious golfer, the club runs almost 100 competitions per year for members.
