SANTAS stepping out to raise funds for Cransley Hospice will have the support of Kettering-based Furniture Centre.
The well-respected Furniture Centre is sponsoring the Santa Saunter, a festive walk around Wicksteed Park on Sunday, 10 December starting at 11am.
This family-friendly fundraiser is open to all ages and abilities. The ticket price of £10 for adults and £5 per child includes a free Santa suit and a medal for everyone taking part. Dogs on leads are welcome and there will be a prize for the best-dressed dog so do make sure your four-legged friend gets into the festivities with a costume or accessories.
Richard Smith, Owner of Furniture Centre said: “We are really looking forward to this festive fundraiser and hope individuals, families and workmates will all sign up. It will be a great way to get in to the festive spirit while helping such a worthwhile cause.”
Cransley Hospice based in St Mary’s Road, Kettering, provides specialist palliative care for patients at the end of life either in their own home or in the hospice.

To make the check-in easier on the day, groups of ten or more can pre-book. Santa suits can also be collected from the Cransley Hospice fundraising office from 1 December to avoid queuing on the day.
