THE Commercial Property and Corporate Teams at Friday Legal have assisted the shareholders in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Sampson Park Limited.
Sampson Park Limited operates a number of successful veterinary practices in Oundle, Thrapston, Peterborough and Corby, and the disposal permits the exiting shareholders to pursue both their continuing veterinary careers and other outside interests.
The transaction involved both the corporate aspects and also a number of additional property-related matters, and was led by Friday Legal Corporate Partner, Duncan Crowther, who was assisted by other members of the Corporate and Commercial Property teams at Friday Legal.
