There is currently a severe lack of both freehold and leasehold stock in Northampton and the surrounding towns for units of this size, with significant demand for these units when they come to market, and they are quickly taken up.

Unit 3 Millbrook Close, recently refurbished, measuring 1,621 sq ft is the last available at St James Mill Business Park.
