Partnerships help firm to stand out from the crowd

Winning smiles from players for Lightnings Under-8s

Husband and wife Pete and Lauren Nicklin, the team behind thriving T3 Signs, understand the importance of supporting community initiatives.

The Northampton-based company has ongoing commitments to support local projects. This includes sponsorship for the last two seasons of Kingsthorpe Jets Lightnings Under-8s team, as part of which T3 Signs has created signage for the new clubhouse and café.

Sales director Lauren says: “When we set up the company, we were determined to do things our way and this includes supporting our local communities. We feel it is important to support and give back to the local community. Both our boys play for Kingsthorpe Jets so we jumped at the chance to be able to sponsor such an all-inclusive community club.”

These links, which shows no sign of coming to an end, are just one of the partnerships which make T3 Signs stand out from the crowd – just like their signs.

Since setting up the company just over eight years ago, the couple have forged strong links with a wide range of clients. This includes being official signage partners for Northampton Town FC and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, with whom they have just signed a new three-year partnership deal.

The success of T3 Signs has been through the enterprise’s commitment to four key principles: Trust, Value, Service and Quality.

“It is important that all customers receive the same high level of service,” says Lauren. “This means we work with clients who can not only turn to us for inspiration but feel confident the ideas can become a practical reality and meet all technical specifications.”

Ongoing investment in equipment has enabled T3 Signs to extends its services and attain high print quality. As well as signage and vehicles graphics, T3 Signs offers a complete design service and can effectively display brands using custom graphics

The latest to join the team is Brandon Desborough, who has been working in the industry for ten years. “Brandon will support us in helping the business to continue to grow and thrive,” says Lauren.
