Businesses are being encouraged to take part in the annual Northamptonshire Health Charity abseil day from the top of the 418 ft Northampton Lift Tower.
Participants are welcome to raise money for the ward or department of their choice across Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust or at either Northampton General or Kettering General Hospitals.
Or support one of the charity’s current appeals such as Twinkling Stars for the new maternity bereavement suite at KGH or the children’s wards outside play area appeal at NGH.
Last year, the charity’s abseilers raised £16,000 for a wide range of areas across all three of the local NHS Trusts. Colleagues at Hawsons Accountants raised £1,899 for the oncology department at NGH.
It costs £100 for the abseil, which will take place on June 25. The charity asks for a £50 deposit to secure a place with the balance of £50 to be paid by May 27. Book your place at
