PEOPLE have and always will be at the heart of Lonsdale Direct Solutions, the Wellingborough-based print and marketing service business is celebrating its centenary in 2017.
The printer/marketing services provider specialises in commercial print, direct mail and specialist print finishing and values its unique partnerships with clients many stretching back over the generations.
The 100th anniversary represents an opportunity for the team, based on the town’s Denington Industrial Estate, to continue its commitment to the town which has been its base since the early days.
Jonathan Marriott, Commercial Director, said: “From March onwards we will be celebrating our centenary and as Wellingborough has played an important part in our history success we wanted to give something back to the local community.”
To celebrate this milestone the employees have taken it upon themselves to undertake one community-based activity per month throughout 2017.
The initiative will enable the 85 staff members to take on a wide range of challenges to support local good causes.
Jonathan said: “We are very lucky to have a team of highly-talented individuals who at work are able to exceed our customers’ expectations.
“We are sure that the Monthly 100-year Challenge will see our staff coming up with some fun and original ideas to make a difference in the community.”
