THE doors have opened for the first time to a new housing development in Towcester.
Housebuilder Bellway is building a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at its Farriers Court site, off Burcote Road.
House-hunters can now visit the sales office open at the development to find out more about the first two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale.
Elaine Brown, Head of Sales for Bellway South Midlands, said: “It’s the first opportunity to buy a new home at Farriers Court, and the influx of visitors and interest tells us that they are set to be popular.
“Our planning and design teams have been working for a long time to ensure that the mixture of homes we’re building in Towcester will appeal to local people and those looking to move to the area. As part of the planning agreement for the development, Bellway is set to invest more than £800,000 in the local area, including more than £460,000 in primary and secondary education and £240,000 in sports and recreation. Other contributions will be made to town centre management and improvement, public transport, the fire service, kerbside recycling and public art.
