PARKWAY Construction completed a successful 2017 within the industrial design and build sector with contracts exceeding 750,00 square feet.
Tony Harris, Commercial Director at Parkway MK, said: “This was our third year of increased turnover, and 2018 is predicted for another increase taking our turnover to £45 million.”
During 2017 Parkway completed several buildings with special features which added to its range of designs for industrial and office units:
Site E, Wolverton Mill for Suisse Property Holding Ltd
This new two-storey BREEAM excellent development consists of an industrial unit with ancillary office accommodation, new vehicular and pedestrian access off Featherstone Road, together with all external works, landscaping, parking and extensive remodelling of the site.
W&H Peacock Auction House for W&H Peacock
Another prestigious design and build project comprising a 35,000 square foot auction house, with first floor offices, sales areas, cafe, restaurant, galleries, display areas, auction halls, warehousing and car parking.
The Kennel Club Aylesbury for Aylesbury Vale Estates
A 16,000 square foot three-storey office building and detached store including dog friendly stairs.
