NATIONAL commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton, has expanded its

Laura will be based in Northampton, working closely with James Hill and Guy Sinkler in the agency team. She previously worked for Brown & Co based in Banbury and FHP Property Consultancy in the East Midlands, where she spent eight years gaining considerable experience in the industrial and logistics market. Laura’s appointment demonstrates Lambert Smith Hampton’s commitment to growing its industrial and logistics offering across Northamptonshire.

James Hill, Director – Industrial and Logistics, commented: “Laura’s arrival adds greatly to our capabilities to service and grow our business in the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire markets. Her experience in the industrial sector across the Midlands is enviable.”

John has over 30 years experience in the industrial and logistics sector. He joins from Glenny where he led the agency team in the north London and Hertfordshire office. Previously, he was a director at CBRE. He brings expertise not only in agency, but also development and as a corporate advisor at senior level.

In his new position with Lambert Smith Hampton, John will work alongside Lloyd Spencer and Vinay Abbi in the industrial and logistics team to strengthen and expand the company’s offer along the southern M1 corridor, particularly in and around Milton Keynes.

Lloyd Spencer, Regional Director – Industrial and Logistics, commented: “Both John and Laura are well respected agents. Their appointments are key as we look to achieve ambitious growth plans for our industrial and logistics agency offering along the southern M1 corridor. This is an exciting period for Lambert Smith Hampton and I look forward to working with Laura and John.”
