Business park full as tech firm moves in

A POPULAR business park is fully occupied after a technology specialist agreed to relocate to the busy site in Milton Keynes, national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced.

The unnamed company has signed a 10-year lease on a 4,365 square foot unit at Avant Business Centre, Denbigh West. LSH was instructed by long-term client TH Henderson to market the refurbished unit.

Located between the Plumb Centre trade counter, and Edmundson Electrical, the property has good parking to the front and excellent loading provision to the rear. Other occupiers nearby include Marshall Amplification, Wayside Group, Screwfix and Mercedes Benz.

Paul Quy, associate director of industrial agency at LSH in Milton Keynes, said: “This is an excellent business unit in a very convenient location. We have agreed a 10-year lease with a business operating in the technology sector, which means the site is now fully occupied.

“It’s a very good result for the new occupier and for our client who has invested in converting and refurbishing units on the site, a strategy that is paying real dividends.”

Denbigh West is located south of Central Milton Keynes, opposite the MK Dons Stadium and close to the A5 dual carriageway. It forms part of South Milton Keynes which has seen a lot of major development in recent years including ASDA and IKEA superstores, and other leisure and business facilities.
