SINCE our last review in October 2018 Parkway have been progressing well on the developments we showcased.
We have recently started a new project in Olney for Angle Property which is for a supermarket for 17,500 square feet. The scheme started in January 2019 and the store is planned to open in the autumn of this year
Our project at The Crossing, Leighton Buzzard, for Archaylen Property for a 50,000 square foot warehouse, sorting shed and allocated offices was recently completed.
The scheme for Albion Land at Plot 1a Bicester is due for completion in April, totalling 126,000 square feet for a single industrial unit. This follows an earlier completion on Plot 3 for a single 82,000 square foot industrial unit alongside a 150,000 square foot industrial multi-unit totalling three buildings subdivided into seven individual units.
Our project for I M Kelly in Kettering comprising a 100,000 square foot HQ building with 12,000 square feet of offices will be completed in 2019 ahead of schedule, while our scheme for AW Lamb at Aston Clinton has now started – the 85,000 square foot industrial warehouse scheme with steelwork and cladding is well under way.
