First sale at major new development

CONGLOM has acquired a 41,786 square foot warehouse at Prologis Park, Pineham, and is the first sale from leading developer Seven Capital’s debut into the industrial development market.

Conglom’s requirements included the need to expand its full-service, worldwide operation that has the flexibility to supply big-box retailers, dollar stores, small independents and everyone in between.

Chris Castle at Conglom, said: “We required a Grade A distribution in a location which will enable us to support our customers going forward. Our new Northampton warehouse will give us the opportunity to do this.”

With a 50m service yard and floor loading capacity of 50kN/square metre, along with fully fitted, modern offices, the unit will provide a dynamic and efficient space for the global manufacturer and distributor to run its UK operation.
