A FORMER hunting lodge has been recognised in a prestigious awards ceremony celebrating construction in the East Midlands.
Herne Lodge has been given a place in the final of the Regeneration and Rejuvenation category at the Celebrating Construction Awards.
Local housebuilder, Grace Homes, has been recognised for its painstaking restoration of this former hunting lodge, transforming it from a derelict shell into four luxury apartments.
More than 300 leaders and innovators from across the construction sector will gather at this prestigious awards ceremony in May, where the focus will be on the East Midlands’ most inspiring construction projects and people.
If Herne Lodge is chosen as the winner on the night, this project will automatically be entered into the Grand Finals that are held in Central London later on in the year.
