Meeting the demand for smaller units

HAVING sold an investment opportunity of eight small industrial units at the asking price, Hadland Chartered Surveyors are now in a position to offer two of the units for separate sale individually.

Four units on the Priory South Industrial Park and four on the Kingsthorpe South Industrial Park, both in Northampton were sold to an investor at the asking price of £800,000.

Now, two of the units, which are both about to be redecorated externally, are available for sale. Unit 2 at 9 Upper Priory Street is an income producing investment of 1,319 square feet with a current income of £11,500. The unit is for sale at £175,000.

The successful sale of the units reflects the chronic shortage of small industrial properties within the county, and demand from both owner-occupiers and investors.
