This latest phase of Upton is called Upton Place and fronts the main A45 Weedon Road dual carriageway and will comprise a total of 14 ground floor only retail units ranging in size from 500 to 5,000 sq ft. These are in addition to the 5,500 sq ft anchor food store that is now under offer to a national convenience food retailer.
