Sales manager recognised

GRACE Homes Sales Manager, Annie Wicklow, was highly commended in the Unsung Hero category at the national LABC Warranty Bricks Awards.

The Bricks took place at London’s highest event space, the iconic Landing Forty Two in Central London, hosted by novelist and TV presenter, Gyles Brandreth.

Celebrating the best in the house building industry, the awards recognise companies and individuals who stand out from the rest and go the extra mile, regardless of size, to deliver quality in construction and design.

Henry Barney, Managing Director of Grace Homes said: “Annie makes a difference to our customers at every stage of the sales process from understanding what our customers’ needs are at the initial enquiry through to being on hand to answer any questions during the all-important moving day and beyond. We are delighted that her dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience has been recognised.”

Further acclaim may await Grace Homes at the Grand Finals of the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards. Grace Homes is a contender for two awards at what is often referred to as the Oscars of the construction industry. White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer is a finalist for National Best High Volume New Housing Development and site manager Andy Redgwell will find out if he is to be crowned National LABC Residential Site Agent of the Year. Winning either of these awards would be timely as building work for the next phase of homes at White Lodge Farm is now under way.
