IN October 2015 NITAL moved into their purpose built training academy enabling them to continue the development of unrivalled engineering and manufacturing apprenticeship delivery. Established in1969 NITAL have a track record of delivering high quality apprenticeships and training. We are a not for profit organisation which ensures we continue to reinvest in the organisation enabling us to support and nurture the very best emerging talent. This is something we can support organisations with through our apprenticeship recruitment service.

Apprenticeships have and will always be an excellent way for employers to invest in the development of their business by transferring the skills and knowledge of their experienced staff to the work force of the future. NITAL have the expertise to ensure an effective apprenticeship programme is devised to meet an employer’s needs and in turn delivered to the required standards.

Unfortunately there are providers of apprenticeships who consistently fail to meet the needs of employers and their apprentices with inadequate provision leading to employers and young people believing this is the norm.

NITAL have strong ethical values and see apprenticeships as the ideal opportunity to develop and nurture the very best emerging talent. With bespoke apprenticeship programmes, strong pastoral support for apprentices and solid advice and guidance for employers they are delivering apprenticeships that work.

Running alongside the effective apprenticeship programme delivery are short courses delivered at the training academy in Kettering or in the workplace if suitable equipment and training area are available.

Short courses can cover a range of basic or more advanced engineering, manufacturing and welding disciplines and are available to employers, their staff or anyone interested in developing their skills and knowledge. The programmes are either off ‘the shelf’ or bespoke to meet an employer or individuals specific needs.

If you are considering apprenticeship programmes we are best placed to meet your needs and f you require a short course we can help. For more information call 01536 408188, visit www.nital.co.uk or email
