NORTHAMPTON-based business advisers, Haines Watts, kicked off 2018 by expanding their service line offering further through the launch of a new Talent & Resourcing division. This accompanies previous additions in the last 18 months including VAT, Company Secretarial and Property, aimed squarely at meeting the needs and demands of their expanding client base.
Rob de Main, newly appointed Head of Talent & Resourcing, brings with him a wealth of experience from the recruitment industry, whilst also being experienced in the IT and financial services sectors.
The new service line will provide Haines Watts' clients with a selection of recruitment related services, to enable owner-managed businesses to expand their teams, in not only a more cost-effective way, but also to recruit intelligently. The aim is to combine a robust direct sourcing approach, accompanied by an experienced in-house team, while underpinning these processes with affordable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment technology to maximise candidate experience.
