TEAMBUILDING activities are shifting gear at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire, as the corporate countryside venue launches its new PitStop Challenge.
As well as purpose-built conference and training suites providing spacious and professional setting for training for delegates, this new exciting activity can be teamed up with a range of Flexible Delegate Packages which can be booked as a standalone activity, or added into multi-activity training days, conferences and corporate events. The programme is fully customisable and structured to fit individual needs.
On the day, teams participate in fully facilitated sessions which includes full training, planning, reviews, process analysis, structured training, benchmarking and timed competitions within the unique location of Silverstone racecourse.
The range of challenges for teams to tackle encompass skill, co-ordination and teamwork whilst actually working with real Formula 1 race cars previously driven at Grands Prix around the world. The fun and immersive experience replicates all of the excitement, adrenaline and pressure of an actual Formula 1 pit stop, while putting coordination and teamwork to the test.
Although this is a different take on the traditional types of training and teambuilding, there is a wide range of valuable outcomes that The PitStop Challenge fulfils including learning and development, active based learning and performance driven motivational programmes. Each programme can be designed and structured to meet specific needs, ensuring key messages and learnings are reinforced throughout the experience.
