The control room coordinates the largest fleet of security response vehicles in Northamptonshire and the wider area including Oundle and Market Harborough. They have a minimum of six vehicles deployed every night of the year, three during the weekend days and one to two from Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.
In the event of an alarm activation 1st Reaction Security Ltd will respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Upon arrival their trained mobile dog patrol teams will evaluate the situation. If it is a false alarm they will reset the alarm and email a full incident report to the client, if a crime has occurred they will get in touch with agreed contacts and act upon their instruction, or if instructed they can deal fully with the incident themselves.
