Chamber calls on businesses to join its spring meeting

Chester House

BUSINESSES and local stakeholders have been encouraged to come together and attend the Wellingborough & East Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce spring meeting.

The meeting will take place on Friday, March 18 between 7am and 10am at the Chester House Estate in Little Irchester and will be the Chamber’s first face-to-face meeting since the start of the pandemic.

Topics addressed at the meeting will include the area’s new town councils and tourism sector, a Chamber update and a panel discussion. Check out the full agenda at wencc.co.uk/2022/03/02/agenda-revealed-for-chamber-spring-meeting/

There will also be plenty of networking opportunities with some of the leading figures in the area, including Chamber president Pritesh Ganatra.

“We look forward to welcoming people to our first face-to-face meeting since the pandemic,” said Mr Ganatra. “It will be great to see people in person rather than behind a computer screen to tackle some important topics and issues facing businesses in the town.”

The Chamber is encouraging businesses of all different sizes to attend the spring meeting and join the Chamber. “We are keen to offer our support to all of the companies operating in the area,” said Mr Ganatra.

Member offers page launched to help local business community support each other

An offers section has been launched as part of an online forum to make it easy for members of the county’s business community to engage and share benefits.

The Wellingborough & East Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce has created the exclusive area – accessible via its website – as part of its commitment to do all it can to allow members of the local business community to stay connected.

Chamber president Pritesh Ganatra, believes that it is important for Chamber members to communicate and support one another by sharing offers.

He said: “We thought about what we could do to help our members and so have created this space where they can share their benefits and offers, and engage by asking questions and supporting each other.

“We are privileged to be able to provide these opportunities to our members and it will be great to see them interacting online to help each other.”

Along with exclusive use of the forum and offers pages, Chamber members also receive immediate access to advice and information on local, regional and national issues, and guidance on providers of personal development and skills training.

Pritesh added: “We welcome businesses of all different sizes to join the Chamber as we are keen to offer our support to all of the companies operating in the area.”
